Q: Do you have a pool?
A: Yes, we have an indoor cool down pool. It is not a full size pool. It is 3 ft. deep and is next to our fitness room.
Q: Do you offer Group Blocks with a Discount Rate?
A: Yes, 5 or more rooms is considered a group block. It is based on availability.
Q: Do you offer shuttle service?
A: We have a property van for guests needs. We do not offer Shuttle Services with wedding blocks.
Q: Can we swim in the lake?
A: Yes, at Seneca Lake State Park. They do not have lifeguards on duty except weekends and holidays. Swimming is not permitted from our property.
Q: Can we rent a boat slip at the dock behind your building?
A: The docks are owned by the City of Geneva. Please contact them directly. They are available based on a first come / first serve basis.
Q: Do you have a Restaurant/Lounge on property?
A: We are a full service hotel with a lakeview Pier House Restaurant & Grapevine Lounge on property. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner with room service available. Outdoor dining is available in season weather permitting.
Q: Do you have smoking rooms?
A: Yes, we have a limited number of designated smoking rooms.
Q: Do your rooms have balconies?
A: No, our rooms do not have balconies.
Q: Do you have Bus/RV parking available?
A: Yes, in our North end parking lot of the building.
Q: Do you offer complimentary high speed internet access?
A: Yes, in all of our guest rooms, meeting rooms and public space of the hotel.

Q: Do you accept pets?
A: No, we do not accept pets.
Q: How long is the walking path along the lakefront?
A: 5 miles from the tunnel to Seneca Lake State Park.
Q: Do you have entertainment?
A: We offer seasonal entertainment Memorial Day – Labor Day on our outdoor patio. Entertainment is weather permitting.
Q: Do you offer a complimentary breakfast
A: Complimentary coffee/ tea is available each morning in our lobby area. Complimentary breakfast may be offered as a promotion only during off –peak season.
Q: Are you walking distance to stores?
A: We are walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and bars.
Q: Do you offer Free Parking?
A: Yes, free parking is available to hotel guests during their stay.
Q: Do you have a gift shop?
A: No, however, we do have gift items available, vending machines for food / beverage items and carry many necessity items at the front desk.
Q: Do you have boat rentals or boat rides available?
A: We do not have boat rentals available on-site. There are paddle boats and kayak rentals available at the city owned docks located adjacent to the hotel. There are local marinas that offer boat rentals or group boat tours with advanced reservations.
Q: Is your property located on the lake?
A: Yes, we are located directly on the shore of Seneca Lake.
Q: What is your tax rate?
A: NYS Tax (7.5%) & Occupancy tax (3%) on all overnight rooms.
